Designed for Juliette & Chocolat, this is a pastry class in a box containing the ingredients and instructions necessary to cook a large braided brioche filled with chocolate and hazelnut spread.
The box is designed to make the process of cooking pastry easy to follow and hassle-free, with weighed and numbered ingredients and an illustrated recipe card. Yet it is also designed to be challenging enough to teach actual pastry skills: making, kneading, proofing, and braiding brioche dough.
I took all the photos for the packaging and recipe card, and did the design of the box and packaging, including the copy.
